A great luxury lodge is never really just about the building. It is about the characters who make a stay feel like something you carry with you long after. We want to meet with people who share that belief.
As a Lodge Presentation Supervisor, you’ll oversee and elevate the visual, sensory, and functional presentation of the lodge at Bloomfield.
You’ll lead a team of Lodge Presentation Attendants, ensuring every guest-facing space reflects and embodies Ever’s standard of care, calm, and excellence. With the help of your team and through immaculate presentation, you’ll shape how guests experience and remember the Ever brand.
You’ll manage room readiness, turnover workflows, inventory systems, and team training, while coordinating closely with the Guest Experience, Culinary, and Lodge teams to ensure seamless transitions throughout the day.
You’ll set the standard, embed it in your team, and be the person on property who catches what others walk past.
Before a guest sets foot in a space, you’ve already been there. Every detail considered, every surface checked, every moment prepared for.
Day to day, you will:
—Ensure all rooms, shared spaces, and presentation touchpoints meet Ever’s standards
—Lead and coach the Lodge Presentation team with precision, empathy, and recognition
—Manage inventory, cleaning systems, team training, and labour allocation
—Coordinate with Guest Experience, Culinary, and Lodge teams to ensure seamless transitions
—Uphold safety, hygiene, and sustainability practices across all presentation operations
—Walk guest spaces daily and respond swiftly to any presentation issues
—Develop and refine SOPs that embed consistency across the property
Ever exist to craft experiences that are profoundly meaningful and emotionally resonant where care, connection, and presence define true excellence. We believe material luxury fades, but experiences rooted in human need, emotion, and spirit are timeless. It’s not only about where our guests go, but how they feel, who they meet, and what stays with them long after they leave.
The best spaces feel effortless, with every element working in quiet harmony. Behind that is someone with a gift for the detail others walk past, a calm and steady hand with a team, and standards that don’t slip under pressure. They see what others miss, lead with confidence, and take genuine pride in spaces that make guests pause when they walk in.
The person we’re looking for tends to look a lot like this:
—You have an exceptional eye for detail, texture, colour, and ambience, with a proven ability of balancing aesthetic judgement with operational efficiency
—You lead with empathy and precision and take pride in managing a team that does the same
—You’re calm and organised under pressure, and can balance competing priorities without dropping the standard
—You’re collaborative by nature and work fluidly across departments to keep the experience seamless
—You take safety, hygiene, and sustainability seriously as core to the role, not an afterthought
—You understand that great presentation is part of the guest experience, not separate from it
—Experience as a housekeeping supervisor, executive housekeeper, or similar presentation or operations lead
—A track record of training and leading teams in housekeeping or visual standards
—Experience managing stock, ordering systems, and room readiness workflows
—Aesthetic judgment across lighting, layout, and material standards
—Strong understanding of cleaning product safety, sustainability, and WHS compliance
Essential, or willingness to obtain upon commencement:
—Provide First Aid (HLTAID011)
—Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
—Driver’s Licence
—Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
—Accommodation provided during your active swings at Ever Bloomfield
—The chance to work in one of Australia’s most extraordinary natural environments
—Ongoing development through storytelling training, safety drills, and field mentorship
—A collaborative team culture with genuine investment in your growth
